Henan Jian'an Traffic Safety Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2019, mainly engaged in full-scale collision testing of traffic safety facilities, research and development of new traffic safety facilities, real vehicle collision testing of vehicle restraint systems, real vehicle collision testing of passenger safety in vehicles, and reconstruction of accident sites. It is a service provider covering safety technology and product testing in the fields of transportation, automobiles, and public safety. The company has a high-level R&D team of 6 professors and 2 senior engineers, and has received strong support from Tongji University and China Academy of Transportation Planning and Research.

The traffic safety facility inspection and testing center project invested and constructed by the company integrates scientific and technological research and third-party product inspection and testing. The first phase of construction covers an area of 300 acres and was completed in October 2020, with the qualification certification of inspection and testing institutions and laboratory accreditation. The testing site is powered by a 54 meter high potential energy acceleration tower, with a maximum energy of 60000 kilojoules, which can accelerate a 49 ton heavy truck to over 180 kilometers per hour. Four straight acceleration runways with a length of 500 meters can simultaneously perform unmanned acceleration on various types of transportation vehicles such as cars, buses, trucks, and aircraft landing gear, and can complete various purpose tests and inspections in a collision testing area with a length of 300 meters.
