The obstacle blocking ability level code is represented by a combination of the collision energy code shown in Table 1 and the intrusion distance code shown in Table 2. The barrier blocking ability is divided according to the results of the actual vehicle collision test, as specified in Table 3. After the actual vehicle collision test, the vehicle should lose its ability to continue driving, and the roadblock should be able to maintain a blocking state
